MAINTENANT 18: Eine Zeitschrift für zeitgenössische dadaistische Literatur und Kunst
Eine Publikation der Three Room Press von Peter Carlaftes & Kat Georges
Die 2008 gegründete MAINTENANT-Reihe versammelt die Arbeiten renommierter und aufstrebender Dada-Künstler und -Autoren aus der ganzen Welt. Die diesjährige Ausgabe zeigt Arbeiten von 246 Künstlern und Schriftstellern aus sechs Kontinenten, die von der Idee der „PLUTOCRAZY“ inspiriert sind.
Ich bin überglücklich, dass ich mit meiner Collage „Observed“ dabei bin.

Ich freue mich sehr, erneut bei Alfonso Aguado Ortuño`s Sammelmagazin FOTOPOEMA dabei zu sein, diesmal zum Thema „Zebrastreifen“

Excavations No 9
Assembling Magazine

Ich habe erneut bei dem Magazine Excavations von Svenja Wahl teilgenommen:
18 Künstler haben je 18 Originalarbeiten in DinA 5 erstellt und an Svenja geschickt. Daraus entstand ein Magazin mit jeweils 18 Originalarbeiten aller Teilnehmenden in einer Auflage von 18 Stück. Jeder der Teilnehmenden hat ein Exemplar des Magazins erhalten.
Hier nun ist Excavations No 9 (siehe oben). Alle Teilnehmenden sind unten aufgelistet.
Dieses mal habe ich mein Zine #1 (Übersicht siehe unten) und Original-Collagen (am Ende des Beitrags) gesendet, die auf einer Arbeit im Zine basieren. Die Grundlage von Zine #1, „Geschichten, die erzählt werden wollen“, ist eines meiner Bücher, das ich 2021 kreiert habe. Auf der Rückseite des Zines ist ein Poster mit den ganzen Einzelseiten des Buches.

I took part in the assembling magazine „Excavations“ running by Svenja Wahl: 18 artists created 18 original works and send them to Svenja. This resulted in a magazine including 18 original works of each participant with an edition of 18 copies. Each participant received one copy of the magazine.
And here is Excavations No 9 (see above). All participants are listed below.
This time I sent my zine #1 (second overview above) and original collages (at the end of the post) based on a work in the zine. The basis of Zine #1, „Stories that want to be told“, is one of my books that I created in 2021. On the back of the zine is a poster with all the individual pages of the book.

Circulaire 132 ist ein Mail Art Sammelmagazin, organisiert/ herausgegeben von R.F. Côté. Ich habe schon einige Male daran teilgenommen.
Diese Sonderausgabe wird in Zusammenarbeit mit Special Agent Collage Collective (SACC) herausgegeben. SACC wurde von Andrea Lewicki gegründet, die an guten Ideen für diverse Zusammenarbeiten/ Missionen nur so sprüht. Mission 10 beinhaltet diese Kooperation mit R.F. Côté und dem Sonderheft von Circulaire 132.

Circulaire 132 is a mail art assembling magazine organized/published by R.F. Côté. I have participated in it a few times.
This special issue is published in collaboration with Special Agent Collage Collective (SACC). SACC was founded by Andrea Lewicki, who is bubbling with good ideas for various collaborations/ missions. Mission 10 includes this collaboration with R.F. Côté and the special issue of Circulaire 132.

Das „European Tour Project“ wurde initiiert von Laurence Gillot, nachdem sie auf dem Flohmarkt Berge von alten Pocket-Souvenir-Fotos gefunden hat. Sie versendet an eingeladene Projekt-Teilnehmende eine Auswahl von diesen Pockets, aus denen man 12 Fotos bearbeiten und zurücksenden soll. Zum Schluß erhält jedeR Teilnehmende eine Sammlung von 12 unterschiedlichen Reisezielen – ein Sammelmagazin also.
Ich habe mich für die Bayerischen Alpen entschieden und daraus einen Comic-Strip gemacht. Besten Dank für die Einladung, an Deinem Projekt teilzunehmen, liebe Laurence. Und nun bin ich gespannt auf die Beiträge der anderen.

english version:
The „European Tour Project“ was initiated by Laurence Gillot after she found mountains of old pocket souvenir photos at a flea market. She sends a selection of these pockets to invited project participants, who are asked to edit and return 12 photos. In the end, each participant receives a collection of 12 different travel destinations – an assembling zine, in other words.
I chose the Bavarian Alps and made a comic strip out of it. Thank you very much for the invitation to participate in your project, dear Laurence. And now I’m looking forward to the contributions of the others.
