Anläßlich des 10jährigen Jubiläums von Dr. Anna Klos` Retroavangarda (Warschau, PL) publizierte sie „Modern Collage“, eine beeindruckende Übersicht über zeitgenössische Collage. Ich freue mich sehr, dass ich darin vertreten bin! Besten Dank!
Begleitend zu der Publikation findet eine (inhaltlich jedoch unabhängige) internationale Ausstellung zur zeitgenössischen Collage in Warschau in der Dobra-Gallerie der Bibliothek der Universität Warschau statt, die am 9.7.2026 eröffnet wird. Es ist mir eine große Freude, auch dort mit Arbeiten vertreten zu sein. Auch hierfür besten Dank an Dr. Anna Klos für ihre unermüdliche und hoch professionelle Arbeit. Ein gesonderter Post über die Ausstellung folgt.

To mark the 10th anniversary of Dr. Anna Klos’ *Retroavangarda* (Warsaw, Poland), she published *Modern Collage*, an impressive overview of contemporary collage. I am very pleased to be included in it! Thank you very much!
Accompanying the publication is an international exhibition on contemporary collage (though independent in content) taking place in Warsaw at the Dobra Gallery of the University of Warsaw Library, which opens on July 9, 2026. It is a great pleasure for me to be represented there with my work as well. Once again, many thanks to Dr. Anna Klos for her tireless and highly professional work. A separate post about the exhibition will follow.
My contribution to the ‘Sisyphos’ mail art call organised by the Sisyphos Society (Berlin, Germany), which included an exhibition held in February 2026 and a publication featuring all 274 entries from 192 participants across 36 countries and 4 continents – I have been in contact with and/or collaborating with some of them for many years.
Mein Beitrag zum Mail Art Call „Sisyphos“ von der Sisyphos-Gesellschaft (Berlin, D) mit einer Ausstellung, die im Februar 2026 stattgefunden hat sowie einer Publikation mit allen 274 Einsendungen von 192 Teilnehmenden aus 36 Ländern und 4 Kontinenten – mit einigen von ihnen bin ich seit vielen Jahren im Austausch und/ oder Zusammenarbeit.

Es ist eine große Freude und Ehre, erneut im Photo Trouvée Magazine dabei zu sein, dieses mal in Ausgabe 15 „The Collaborative Issue“, mit Arbeiten von mir und meiner langjährigen Collagefreundin Lynn Skordal. Wie arbeiten seit 2013 kontinuierlich zusammen, haben inzwischen 125 gemeinsame Collagen gestaltet und waren schon in diversen Publikationen und bei unterschiedlichen weltweiten Ausstellungen vertreten.
„Das Photo Trouvée Magazine ist eine Plattform für zeitgenössische Kunst mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Vintage-Fundfotos und Nostalgie. Unsere Veröffentlichungen und Angebote zielen darauf ab, Künstler aus der ganzen Welt zu präsentieren, die mit Fundfotos oder Familienfotos arbeiten oder sich davon inspirieren lassen. Das Photo Trouvée Magazine wurde 2020 von Twiggy Boyer und Juliana Naufel gegründet und entstand aus dem Bedürfnis nach einem Ort in der Kunstwelt, der speziell Fundfotokünstlern gewidmet ist. Zu den teilnehmenden Künstlerinnen gehören Carol White (IRL), Dorothee Mesander (GRC), Lisa Sheets (USA), Katie Blake (USA), Sabine Remy (D), Susanna Lakner (D), Anna Cromwell (GBR), Eve Cromwell (GBR) und Alison Kurke (GBR und ITA).
Das Faksimile-Buch wurde vom Kolaj Institute & Maison Kasini, Kanada, dem Herausgeber des Kolaj Magazine, Ric Kasini Kadour, veröffentlicht sowie im Rahmen der Ausstellung „Grafisches Papier: Die Kunst des Ausschneidens mit Alison Kurke“ im Borders Textile Towerhouse in Hawick, Schottland,13. April – 15. Juni 2024 vorgestellt.
Im KOLAJ MAGAZINE erschien ein Artikel – über das Kollaborations-Projekt, das veröffentlichte Buch und die Ausstellung, in deren Rahmen das Buch vorgestellt wurde.
