40 nummerierte Exemplare meines ersten Zines, zusammen mit 40 Original Collagen als Beitrag für Frantichams Assemblingbox, betrieben von Francis van Maele und Antic-Ham. Zwar ist es stets viel Arbeit, die Beiträge zu erstellen, aber es lohnt sich, denn die Boxen von Francis und Ham sind wirklich immer wunderbar und die Mühe wert! Ich bin schon auf die nächste Ausgabe gespannt.

While it’s always a lot of work to create the contributions, it’s worth it, because Francis and Ham’s boxes are really always wonderful and worth the effort! Ich habe 5 botanische Collagen gemacht – eine davon geht nach @the_collage_garden Jakarta, Indonesien zu einer Open Air Ausstellung.
Ich habe bereits mehrmals bei “The Collage Garden” mitgemacht (in Schottland, Holland, zweimal in den USA – New York und Denver, Spanien und Russland – ich mag die Idee sehr gerne.
I made 5 botanical collages – one of them will be send to @the_collage_garden Jakarta, Indonesia to an Open Air exhibition.
I took part in “The Collage Garden” for several times (in Scotland, The Netherlands, two times in the USA – New York, Denver, Spain and Russia) – I love the idea.
Patricia Piccinini – Embracing the Future – Kunsthalle Krems
Die Ausstellung Patricia Piccinini – „Embracing the Future“ in der Kunsthalle Krems gesehen zu haben, ist eine Bereicherung! (bis 3.10.2021) Ihr hybriden – menschlich, tierisch, pflanzlich, artifiziell- hyperrealistischen Skulpturen sind beeindruckend.
„Patricia Piccinini […] gestaltet eine künstlerische Welt, eine Zukunftsvision, die ganz im Zeichen der Offenheit gegenüber dem Wandel steht. Ihre Narrative bewegen sich dabei zwischen Science-Fiction, Umweltbewusstsein und Feminismus. So auch die Ausstellung Embracing the Future in der Kunsthalle Krems, die menschliche Empathie und würdevolle Haltung im Umgang mit dem Unbekannten thematisiert. In der monografischen Schau richtet die Künstlerin ihren Blick auf Lebensformen, die eine Abweichung von der Norm darstellen. […] Mit ihren sinnlichen und komplexen Arbeiten stellt Piccinini mehrere Fragen auf: Wie nehmen wir uns selbst wahr, wie leben wir mit anderen zusammen und wie bauen wir Beziehungen auf? Wie antworten wir in einer Zeit, in der sich Natürliches und Artifizielles immer mehr verbindet, auf existentielle Fragestellungen über Dasein und Zugehörigkeit? „Patricia Piccinini […] creates an artistic world, a vision of the future that is all about openness to change. Her narratives move between science fiction, environmental awareness and feminism. This is also the case with the exhibition Embracing the Future at Kunsthalle Krems, which focuses on human empathy and dignified attitudes in dealing with the unknown. In the monographic show, the artist directs her gaze to ways of life that represent a deviation from the norm. […] With her sensual and complex works, Piccinini poses several questions: How do we perceive ourselves, how do we live with others, and how do we build relationships? How do we respond to existential questions about existence and belonging in a time when the natural and the artificial are increasingly intertwined? My Dada-Stamp-Collection
for The Rubber Postcard Assembling Zine
Das ist mein erster Beitrag für das Stempel Postkarten Sammelmagazin, das William Mellott (Taiwan) herausgibt. Ich habe meine fünf Dada-Stempel, die ich selber designed habe, auf einer Postkarte vereint – in einer Auflage von 13 Stück. Ich bin nun gespannt, wie die Beiträge der anderen sein werden.
This is my first contribution to the Rubber Postcard assembling magazine published by William Mellott (Taiwan). I have combined my five Dada stamps, which I designed myself, on a postcard – in an edition of 13 pieces. I am now curious how the contributions of the others will be.
