Das ist mein Beitrag für Svenja Wahls „Excavations-mag“ – ein Briefwechsel-Kunst-Magazin mit Originalarbeiten von internationalen Teilnehmern. Jeder Teilnehmer muss 20 (plus 2) Seiten in DinA 5 – Größe kreieren und an Svenja schicken. Zum Schluß erhält jeder eine Zusammenstellung mit jeweils einer Originalarbeit aller Teilnehmer. Ich freue mich sehr, nun schon zum dritten Mal dabei zu sein! Ich habe 25 Originale gemacht – drei behalte ich.

This is my contribution to Svenja Wahl´s „Excavations-mag“ – „a magazine of correspondence art with original paper works from international participants“. All participants must create 20 (plus 2) pages Din A5 sized (14, 8 x 21 cm) and send them to Svenja. At the end each one receive a compilation with one original work from each participant. I´m very happy to take part for the third time! I made 25 originals and keep three of them.

Susanna Lakner invited me to take part in her magazine “22+2″:
22 artists created 22+2 original works (size A5) and send them to Susanna. This resulted in a magazine including 22 original works of each participant with an edition of 22 copies. Each participant received one copy of the magazine. 2 copies are for Susanna´s archieve.
You can see my contribution above: analogue paper collage with threads (sewed).

Susanne Lakner hat mich eingeladen an ihrem Magazin “22+2″ teilzunehmen:
22 Künstler haben je 22+2 Originalarbeiten in DinA 5 erstellt und an Susanna geschickt. Daraus entstand ein Magazin mit jeweils 22 Originalarbeiten aller Teilnehmenden in einer Auflage von 22 Stück. Jeder der Teilnehmenden hat ein Exemplar des Magazins erhalten. 2 Exemplare sind für Susannas Archiv.
Meinen Beitrag kannst Du oben sehen: analoge Papiercollage mit Fäden (genäht).

Der kleine Tierfreund

Ich habe an Svenja Wahls Magazin-Projekt „Der kleine Tierfreund“ teilgenommen.
„Der kleine Tierfreund“ ist ein deutsches Kindermagazin rund um das Thema Tiere von A wie Ameise bis Z wie Zebra. 14 Künstler wurden eingeladen, Titelblätter und andere Seiten der Editionen von 1965 bis 1977 zu gestalten. Vielen Dank Svenja für Deine Einladung und für diesen wundervollen Druck! Es hat mir viel Spaß gemacht, daran teilzunehmen!

I took part in „Der kleine Tierfreund“ („The little animal lover“). A zine project of Svenja Wahl.
„Der kleine Tierfreund“ is a German magazine for children featuring articles, news and photos of animals from A like Ant to Z like Zebra. 14 artists were asked to work on the old pages of editions from 1965 to 1977. Thank you very much Svenja for your invitation and this wonderful print! It was much fun to participate!

Excavations Magazine #1

The Excavations Magazine is „a magazine of correspondence art – a newly founded zine (by Svenja Wahl) with original paper works from international participants“. I´m so glad that I had the opportunity to take part! Thank you very much, Svenja!
