„Willkommen zur 131. Ausgabe von KART, herausgegeben von David Dellafiora (AUS).
Das Titelbild (von David) erinnert an den 80. Todestag von Edvard Munch (1863-1944) mit einer Darstellung seines Gemäldes Der Schrei.

Das Magazin KART ist eine Sammelpublikation zur Förderung der künstlerischen und kulturellen Vielfalt. KART ist ein fortlaufendes Projekt ohne Fristen, und es werden laufend Arbeiten angenommen. KART wird in limitierter Auflage von 40 Exemplaren produziert, wobei jede Box Werke von 15 Künstlern enthält. Diese Ausgabe ist eine Rekorderscheinung mit Werken von 24 Künstlern!
KART wird in Zusammenarbeit zwischen genU und Field Study International herausgegeben.

„Welcome to the 131st issue of KART, running by David Dellafiora (AUS). The cover (by David) of KART marks the 80th anniversary of the death of Edvard Munch ( 1863-1944) with a depiction of his paintong The Scream.

KART magazine is an assembling publication promoting artistic and cultural diversity. KART is an ongoing project with no deadlines and work is accepted on a continuing basis. Plakatwand zu meiner Jahresmaxime „Alles Banane“ im Sinne von „Alles in Ordnung, es gibt keine Probleme, alles ist so, wie es sein soll“ oder auch „Das ist egal, unwichtig oder auch unsinnig“.

„Alles Banane“ – meine künstlerische Maxime für 2024
im Sinne von „Alles in Ordnung, es gibt keine Probleme, alles ist so, wie es sein soll“ oder auch „Das ist egal, unwichtig oder auch unsinnig“. (Quelle)

Dafür habe ich Bananenmotive von Bananenkartons ausgeschnitten und gesammelt – entsprechend „genutzt“ sehen sie aus, und das ist gewollt, ganz im Sinne des Fluxus.
Nun sende ich diese wunderbaren gold-gelben Symbolträger an einige meiner Mail Art Freunde – in der Hoffnung, dass sie von der Post tatsächlich transportiert und zugestellt werden.
Die Bananen-Adressaten sind: Stefan Heuer, Kevin G. Brandtner, Petra Lorenz und Volker Lenkeit, Frank Voigt, Reina Huges, Tictac Patrizia, Tohei Mano, Sally Wassink, Adam Roussopoulos, Michæel Orzechowski, Bibiana Padilla Maltos.

Und wer sich unter meinen deutschsprachigen Mail-Art-Freunden für die „Banane in der Kunst“ interessiert, dem lege ich diesen knapp sechsminütigen Beitrag im Deutschlandfunk Kultur von Adalbert Siniawski  ans Herz: „Die Banane in der Kunst – Symbol, Ikone und Skandalfrucht“  (19.06.2021)

Übrigens: Immer am dritten Mittwoch im April feiern die USA den „Tag der Banane“

I cut out banana motifs from banana boxes and collected them – they look appropriately „used“, and that is intentional, in the spirit of Fluxus.
Now I am sending these wonderful golden-yellow symbol carriers to some of my Mail Art friends – in the hope that they will actually be transported and delivered by the post office.
The banana addressees are: Stefan Heuer (D – angekommen), Kevin G. Brandtner, Petra Lorenz und Volker Lenkeit (D – angekommen), Frank Voigt (D – angekommen), Reina Huges (NL – angekommen), Tictac Patrizia, Tohei Mano (JPN – angekommen), Sally Wassink, Adam Roussopoulos, Michæel Orzechowski, Bibiana Padilla Maltos.

By the way: The USA always celebrates „Banana Day“ on the third Wednesday in April
