Ich freue mich sehr, an der 2. Ausstellung der Online-Galerie SHARP HANDS teilzunehmen. Kevin Sampsell und Cheryl Chudyk beschlossen als Reaktion auf die Corona-Pandemie, die Sharp Hands Galerie zu gründen und viermal im Jahr Kollektionen mit sechs Künstlern herausbringen, die sechs neue Werke vorstellen.
In der ersten Ausstellung wurden Werke von Steve Reynolds, Feransis, Miss.Printed, Mark Watkins, Mel Lineham und Rhed Fawell ausgestellt.
Nun, in der zweiten Ausstellung sind Oliver Lunn, Paulina Alonso, Laura Quevedo, Jake Kennedy, Emily Rowley, Allan Bealy und ich vertreten.
Herzlichen Dank an Kevin und Cheryl, mich hierzu einzuladen.

Im KOLAJ-Magazin Nr. 30 (ein vierteljährlich erscheinendes Kunstmagazin, das zeitgenössische Collagen mit internationaler Perspektive bespricht) erschien ein Artikel über die Galerie.
In den nächsten Tagen werde ich die sechs neuen Collagen posten.

I am very happy to participate in the 2nd exhibition of the online gallery SHARP HANDS. Kevin Sampsell and Cheryl Chudyk, in response to the Corona pandemic, decided to create the Sharp Hands Gallery and launch collections four times a year with six artists, presenting six new works.
The first exhibition featured works by Steve Reynolds, Feransis, Miss.Printed, Mark Watkins, Mel Lineham and Rhed Fawell.
In the second exhibition Oliver Lunn, Paulina Alonso, Laura Quevedo, Jake Kennedy, Emily Rowley, Allan Bealy and I are represented.

In KOLAJ-Magazin No. 30 (a quarterly art magazine that discusses contemporary collages with an international perspective) an article about the gallery was published.

This Add & Pass book was started by Geronimo Finn with contributions by Nancy Gene Armstrong, Terry Garrett, James Herbst, Antonio Martin Ferrand, Cristina Holm, Petra Lorenz, Frank Voigt and me.
This book is part of a project called Add and Pass – PASSport collage project! that Geronimo started at least 2 years ago: He sends old Austrian passports, savings and membership books to interested participants with the request to design a double page each and to send it to the next interested person until the book is completed and then sent back to him. Since 2017 he has about 200 books on the journey and so far 15 completed books have been returned.
Dieses Add & Pass Buch hat Geronimo Finn 2018 gestartet und enthält Beiträge Nancy Gene Armstrong, Terry Garrett, James Herbst, Antonio Martin Ferrand, Cristina Holm, Petra Lorenz, Frank Voigt und mir.
Dieses Buch ist Teil eines Projektes namens Add and Pass – PASSport collage project!, das Geronimo vor mindestens 2 Jahren gestartet hat: Er versendet alte österreichischen Pässe, Spar- und Mitgliedsbücher an interessierte Teilnehmer mit der Bitte, je eine Doppelseite zu gestalten und an den nächsten Interessenten weiterzuschicken bis das Buch vollendet ist und dann an ihn zurück geschickt wird. Seit 2017 hat er etwa 200 Bücher auf die Reise geschickt und bislang 15 vollendete Bücher zurückerhalten.
