Es ist vollbracht!
Das zweite Buch der Ungleichen Zwillinge mit Laurence Gillot ist fertig und somit das Zwillingspaar vollständig.
Im vorherigen Artikel habe ich den ersten Zwilling gezeigt, von mir gestartet und von Laurence beendet. Hier nun das Buch, das Laurence gestartet und ich fertiggestellt und an sie zurückgeschickt habe (Video und am Ende des Artikels Fotos).
Ausgangsmaterial auch hier: Insel Bücherei Nr. 672: August Kopisch: Kleine Geister.
Es hat mir viel Spaß gemacht mir Laurence – sie hat so eine feine, poetische Art – und das echte Seepferdchen ist natürlich ganz besonders wunderbar. Vielen Dank für´s Mitmachen bei meinem Projekt.

Das erste von zwei Büchern, die ich im Rahmen meines Kollaborationsprojektes
Die ungleichen Zwillinge dieses Mal mit Laurence Gillot bearbeite, ist fertig.
Zwei gleiche Bücher aus der Insel Bücherei, vor dem Altpapiercontainer gerettet, dienen als Grundlage und werden von mir an den jeweiligen Kollaborationspartner verschickt. Beide gestalten eins der beiden Bücher als Starter, beide beenden das jeweils andere, so dass am Ende zwei Originale Bücher entstanden sind. Jeder erhält sein gestartetes Buch zurück.
Das ist das Buch, dass ich für Laurence Gillot gestartet habe – und sie hat es beendet.

The first of two books that I’ve altered as part of my collaboration project
The Unequal Twins – this time with Laurence Gillot, is finished.
Two identical books from the Island Library, saved from the waste paper container, serve as a basis and will be sent by me to the respective collaboration partner. Both design one of the two books as a starter, both finish the other, so that at the end two original books are created. Everyone gets his started book back.
This is the book I started for Laurence Gillot – and he finished it.

The first of two books that I’ve altered as part of my collaboration project
The Unequal Twins – this time with Frank Voigt, is finished.
Two identical books from the Island Library, saved from the waste paper container, serve as a basis and will be sent by me to the respective collaboration partner. Both design one of the two books as a starter, both finish the other, so that at the end two original books are created. Everyone gets his started book back.
This is the book I started for Frank Voigt – and he finished it.

Es ist vollbracht!
Das zweite Buch der Ungleichen Zwillinge mit  Petra Lorenz ist fertig und somit das Zwillingspaar vollständig.
Im vorherigen Artikel habe ich den ersten Zwilling gezeigt, von mir gestartet und von Petra beendet. Hier nun das Buch, das Petra gestartet und ich fertiggestellt und an sie zurückgeschickt habe (Video und am Ende des Artikels Fotos).

The second book of the Unequal Twins with Petra Lorenz is finished and the pair of twins is complete.

Das erste von zwei Büchern, die ich im Rahmen meines Kollaborationsprojektes Die ungleichen Zwillinge dieses Mal mit  Petra Lorenz bearbeite, ist fertig. Zwei gleiche Bücher aus der Insel Bücherei, vor dem Altpapiercontainer gerettet, dienen als Grundlage und werden von mir an den jeweiligen Kollaborationspartner verschickt. Beide gestalten eins der beiden Bücher als Starter, beide beenden das jeweils andere, so dass am Ende zwei Originale Bücher entstanden sind. Jeder erhält sein gestartetes Buch zurück. Das ist das Buch, dass ich für Petra Lorenz gestartet habe – und sie hat es beendet. Ausgangsmaterial: Insel Bücherei Nr. 611 – Japanische Farbenholzschnitte. Mir gefällt es sehr gut! Vielen Dank an Petra für die Kollaboration und dafür, bei meinem Projekt mitzumachen.

Allan Bealy und ich haben das erste Buchzwillingspaar vollendet.
Zwei gleiche Bücher – in diesem Fall „Die schönsten Legenden des heiligen Franz“ – Nr. 70 der Insel Bücherei als Ausgangsmaterial. Jeder von uns hat ein Buch gestartet und der andere hat es beendet.
Hier nun sind beide Videos zu sehen von den fertigen Zwillingsbüchern – sowie Fotos von dem zweiten Zwillingsbuch. Das erste habe ich im vorherigen Artikel bereits gezeigt.
Ich muss sagen: Mein Projekt macht mir Spaß!

Allan Bealy and I have completed the first pair of twin books.
Two identical books – in this case „Die schönsten Legenden des heiligen Franz“ – No. 70 of the Island Library as source material. Each of us started a book and the other finished it.
Now here are both videos of the finished twin books – as well as photos of the second twin book. I already showed the first one in the previous article.
I have to say: I enjoy my project!

Allan Bealy hat´s gemacht! Er hat mir als Erster ein fertiggestelltes Zwillingsbuch zurückgeschickt. Wir haben „Die schönsten Legenden des heiligen Franz“  Nr. 70 der Inselbücherei als Ausgangsmaterial genutzt und zusammen daran gearbeitet. Unten kannst Du das fertige Buch im Videos  sehen.
Im gleichen Umschlag hat er mir nun sein gestartetes Zwillingsbuch mitgeschickt – das muss ich nun beenden und an ihn zurückschicken. Erst dann ist dieses ungleiche Zwillingspaar fertig. Das zeige ich im nächsten Artikel.

We used the book „Die schönsten Legenden des heiligen Franz“  No. 70 from the „Island Library“ as basis material and worked together on it. Below you can see short videos about the finished book.
In the same envelope he send me his twin book, started by him – now I have to finish it und send back zu Allan. Only then this Unequal Pair of Twins is ready. You can read about it in the next post.
