Add and Pass Book
started by Geronimo Finn 2019 – 2020
This Add & Pass book started Geronimo Finn 2019 and is now finished and on the way back to him. It contains contributions from Musta Fior, Flore Kunst, Julien Ratouin-Lefèvre, 13 Mixed Modes, Zach Collins, WOFUSA Collage, Dorothee Mesander, Alison Kurke and myself.
This book is part of a project called Add and Pass – PASSport collage project! that Geronimo has started in 2017: He sends old Austrian passports, savings and membership books to interested participants with the request to design a double page each and to send it on to the next interested person until the book is completed and then sent back to him. Since 2017 he has sent about 200 books on the journey and has now received back 14 completed books so far.
Dieses Add & Pass Buch hat Geronimo Finn 2019 gestartet und ist nun fertig und auf dem Weg zurück zu ihm. Es enthält Beiträge von Musta Fior, Flore Kunst, Julien Ratouin-Lefèvre, 13 Mixed Modes, Zach Collins, WOFUSA Collage, Dorothee Mesander, Alison Kurke und mir.

Seit 2017 hat er etwa 200 Bücher auf die Reise geschickt und nun bislang 14 vollendete Bücher zurückerhalten.

Noch eine Linoleum Postkarte
Vor einiger Zeit habe ich aus einem Linoleum-Farbfächer eines Einrichtungsgeschäfts eine Postkartenkollektion gemacht. Diese Postkarte habe ich nicht dem Fächer beigefügt sondern werde sie an Willyum Rowe senden, der mir jeden Monat Mail Art schickt. Ich hoffe, sie gefällt ihm. Die schwarzen Buchstaben auf schwarzem Hintergrund sind im Original besser zu erkennen als hier im Artikel.
Some time ago I made a postcard collection out of a linoleum color fan of a furniture store. I did not add this postcard to the fan but will send it to Willyum Rowe who sends me Mail Art every month. I hope he likes it. The black letters on black background are better visible in the original than here in the article.

Carrie Helser (USA) hat mir letztes Jahr ein ganz besonderes Weihnachtsgeschenk gemacht: Ihr Freund Willyum Rowe hat für das Jahr 2020 ein Kunst-Abonnement als eine Art Spendenaktion für sich selbst konzipiert: Jeder Abonnent erhält monatlich von ihm ein Original-Kunstwerk, das in dem eigens dafür gestalteten „Museums-Umschlag“ aufbewahrt werden kann. Carrie hat ein Abo für mich gekauft.

Last year Carrie Helser (USA) gave me a very special Christmas present: Her friend Willyum Rowe has designed an art subscription for the year 2020 as a kind of fundraiser for herself: Each subscriber will receive an original work of art from him each month, which can be kept in the specially designed „museum envelope“. Carrie bought a subscription for me.
