analoge Collage – 21 x 12,5 cm
Eine Postkarte für Thessaloniki Collage Club 1 und den internationalen Mail Art Aufruf mit dem Thema „SEND ME A POSTCARD, DARLING!“ (1968 Shocking Blue song). Die Karten werden im Rahmen des 6. Welt Collage Tages – ausgerufen von kolajmagazine – am 13. MAI 2023 und einige Wochen danach ausgestellt. Eine Auswahl wird in einem Heft veröffentlicht.

A postcard for Thessaloniki Collage Club 1 and the international mail art call with the theme „SEND ME A POSTCARD, DARLING!“ (1968 Shocking Blue song). The cards will be exhibited as part of the 6th World Collage Day – proclaimed by kolajmagazine – on MAY 13, 2023 and for a few weeks after. A selection will be published in a booklet.

Circulaire 132 ist ein Mail Art Sammelmagazin, organisiert/ herausgegeben von R.F. Côté. Ich habe schon einige Male daran teilgenommen.
Diese Sonderausgabe wird in Zusammenarbeit mit Special Agent Collage Collective (SACC) herausgegeben. SACC wurde von Andrea Lewicki gegründet, die an guten Ideen für diverse Zusammenarbeiten/ Missionen nur so sprüht. Mission 10 beinhaltet diese Kooperation mit R.F. Côté und dem Sonderheft von Circulaire 132.

25 collages – 8 x 8 cm for a special issue of Circulaire 132
Circulaire 132 is a mail art assembling magazine organized/published by R.F. Côté. I have participated in it a few times.
This special issue is published in collaboration with Special Agent Collage Collective (SACC). SACC was founded by Andrea Lewicki, who is bubbling with good ideas for various collaborations/ missions. Mission 10 includes this collaboration with R.F. Côté and the special issue of Circulaire 132.

Ich habe Post von Ryosuke Cohen, Japan, bekommen – Brain Cell 1163 vom 13.10.2022
Ryosuke ist ein Mail Art Künstlr, der 1985 das Projekt Brain Cell ins Leben gerufen hat, in das Tausende von Mail Artisten aus mehr als 80 Ländern involviert sind. „Das Projekt ist ein vernetztes Kunstprojekt, bei dem einzelne Künstler Briefmarken, Aufkleber, Zeichnungen oder andere Bilder beisteuern. Diese werden per Post an Cohen geschickt, der sie als Teil jeder Zelle zusammenstellt und druckt. Er druckt 150 Exemplare (30 x 42 cm) mit einem kleinen Siebdrucksystem namens Cyclostyle. Jeder Teilnehmender erhält per Post einen Brain Cell-Ausdruck zusammen mit einer Dokumentationsliste der Mitwirkenden weltweit.
Cohen behält eine Kopie für sich. Einige der verbleibenden Brain Cell-Drucke aus jeder Ausgabe sind zu Sätzen von 30 aufeinanderfolgenden Ausgaben zusammengestellt. Diese Sets werden an Künstler und Mail-Art-Shows auf der ganzen Welt verschickt. […] Neue Ausgaben von Brain Cell erscheinen alle acht bis zehn Tage. “ (Quelle)

I have received mail from Ryosuke Cohen, Japan – Brain Cell 1163 dated 10/13/2022.
Ryosuke is a mail art artistlr who started the Brain Cell project in 1985, involving thousands of mail artists from more than 80 countries. „The project is a networked art project in which individual artists contribute stamps, stickers, drawings or other images. These are mailed to Cohen, who compiles and prints them as part of each cell. He prints 150 copies (30 x 42 cm) using a small screen-printing system called Cyclostyle. Each participant receives a Brain Cell print in the mail, along with a documentation list of contributors worldwide.
Cohen keeps a copy for himself. Some of the remaining Brain Cell prints from each issue are compiled into sets of 30 consecutive issues. These sets are sent to artists and mail art shows around the world. […] New issues of Brain Cell are released every eight to ten days. “ (Source)

Petra Lorenz, Frank Voigt und Volker Lenkeit, das Power-Team von art X mail, können nun nach langer Zeit der Planung und Vorbereitung das Dada- Zentrum Kamenz eröffnen. Herzlichen Glückwunsch!
Die Einweihungsfeier findet am 17. März mit einer ersten Dada-Ausstellung statt, in der Gemeinschaftsarbeiten internationaler Künstler aus 20 Ländern gezeigt werden – und ich freue mich, auch mit der ein oder anderen Kollaboration dabei zu sein.
Ort: Zwingerstraße 20 – „Alte Posthalterei“, Kamenz – Deutschland

Petra Lorenz, Frank Voigt and Volker Lenkeit, the power team of art X mail, can now open the Dada Center Kamenz after a long time of planning and preparation. Congratulations!
The inauguration ceremony will take place on March 17th with a first Dada exhibition, showing collaborative works of international artists from 20 countries – and I am happy to be there with one or two collaborations as well.
