Im September 2018 habe ich mit meinem Kollaborationsprojekt DIE UNGLEICHEN ZWILLINGE begonnen:
Zwei gleiche Bücher aus der Insel Bücherei dienen als Grundlage.
Diese werden von mir an den jeweiligen Kollaborationspartner verschickt. Beide gestalten eins der beiden Bücher als Starter, beide beenden das jeweils andere, so dass am Ende zwei originale Bücher entstanden sind. Jeder erhält sein gestartetes Buch zurück.

Seitdem habe ich mit 39 Künstlern weltweit 39 Zwillingspaare vollendet, was insgesamt 78 Büchern entspricht, die im obigen Foto zu sehen sind. An all diesen Büchern habe ich in den letzten 2,5 Jahren mitgearbeitet und von jedem nach Fertigstellung ein Video gemacht habe. Auf dem Foto unten sind die 39 Bücher zu sehen, die ich begonnen habe und von dem jeweiligen Kollaborationspartner beendet wurden.

Ein Teil der Zwillingsbücher wurde bereits dreimal ausgestellt. Mein Dank an dieser Stelle an Petra Lorenz, Volker Lenkeit und Frank Voigt!

In September 2018, I started my collaboration project THE UNEQUAL TWINS:
Two identical books from the Insel Bücherei serve as the basis.
These are sent by me to the respective collaboration partner. Both create one of the two books as a starter, both finish the other, so that in the end two original books are created. Each receives their started book back.

Since then, I have completed 39 pairs of twins with 39 artists worldwide, for a total of 78 books shown in the photo above. I have worked on all of these books over the past 2.5 years and have made a video of each upon completion. In the photo below, you can see the 39 books that I started and were finished by the respective collaborator.
